What is calcium bisglycinate the best at?

The Calcium Bisglycinate contained is almost incomparable to other forms. This form is not only extremely gentle on the digestive system, but it is also the best absorbable form. The two most commonly offered forms are calcium citrate and calcium carbonate.

Both bisglycinate and calcium citrate are two forms that are gentle on the digestive system, but bisglycinate is up to 180% more absorbable. So your system will use almost twice as much calcium from the same dose. As for carbonate, it is an alternative form of calcium, but it is not as bioavailable as compared to bisglycinate.
